Enterprise
The section on external absences only applies to Enterprise customers with an active interface.
Absences marked with the suffix "Ext" are imported automatically from the ERP into codeto plan; absences without this suffix are created manually in codeto plan. If a manual absence already exists for the same period, the import creates a double booking. The affected absence is highlighted in red in the Absences view and must be edited manually.
Show only absences with bookings
Via the filter icon and the option "With bookings", only absences that actually contain bookings are shown. Useful when many absence types exist in the system but only some are actively used.
