Web​

Version 2.50.0​

  • Select subsidiaries faster: The subsidiary selector can now be searched by ID, abbreviation, or name. Groups containing already selected subsidiaries are shown first, making it faster to filter and adjust even extensive company structures.

  • Download archive PDFs directly: Masters (FA) and Super Users (SU) can now download the archive PDF for an individual employee week directly from the week view. The file name contains the employee's name and the selected period.

  • Clearer «Site manager» label: The previous approval level «Control project lead» is now called «Site manager». The label has been updated in the user interface, existing approval structures, and historical audit logs in all supported languages; the behaviour of the level remains unchanged.

  • Configure suitable summary totals: For each subsidiary, you can choose whether normal time, additional time, and travel time are included in the displayed summary totals. Employee and project overviews therefore show the hours total relevant to the company without changing balances or GAV calculations.

  • Adjust the report overview column width: The left-hand column of the report overview can be made narrower or wider using two buttons. The selected width is stored per browser and remains available for future sessions.

  • Handle rule violations during bulk approvals: If rule violations occur when selecting «Approve all», a dialog guides the approver through the affected employees step by step. Progress and approval status remain visible, allowing each case to be reviewed and processed directly.

  • Block project reporting for selected periods: Multiple reporting lock periods, with or without an end date, can now be defined in the project settings. The lock prevents reports from being created or changed in the web and mobile apps; existing reports remain visible, and Masters (FA) and Super Users (SU) can override the lock.

  • Schedule notifications flexibly: Multiple weekly or monthly notification schedules can now be defined for «Incomplete weeks» and «Pending approvals». Super Users (SU) define global defaults, users with Full Access (FA) or SU add schedules per subsidiary, and employees manage their own additional schedules in the web and mobile apps. Inherited schedules remain visible and read-only; if multiple schedules fall at the same time, only one notification is triggered.

Version 2.49.0​

  • Review reports more easily: Your current scroll position is preserved when switching between employees or projects. An employee's detail view now opens on a dedicated page instead of directly within the overview.

  • Clearer terminology for additions and absences: “Additions” are now called “Report additions”, while “Variable additions” are now “General additions”. In administration, “Active additions”, “Active absences” and “Templates” more clearly distinguish entries currently in use from reusable templates. Behaviour and data remain unchanged.

  • Require receipts for additions: Admins can require an attachment for report additions and general additions. The entry can then only be saved after a receipt has been uploaded.

  • Search the circulation log more quickly: Log entries can now be filtered by text and date. The search includes translated messages, people, notes, times and rule violations.

  • Identify split weeks more clearly: Weeks spanning a month change now clearly show whether they are open, partially completed or fully completed. This keeps the open part of a split week visible.

Version 2.48.0​

  • Date range in overviews is preserved: For approval roles, the selected date range remains available in the overview so recurring checks can be continued more quickly.

  • Read full rejection reasons in the Mobile App: Employees can now view longer rejection reasons in full in the Mobile App, making feedback easier to understand.

  • Assign deputies across all current responsibilities: Deputies can now be assigned across all current responsibilities, simplifying deputy management.

  • Faster overview of employee reports: The employee reports overview now loads significantly faster, especially with larger data volumes and high usage. This makes the view feel noticeably smoother.

  • Clearer report details: The report detail dialog has been revised and now presents multiple reports or report entries more clearly. This makes related entries easier to review and edit.

Version 2.47.0​

  • New approval filter: In the My employees view, reports can now be filtered by approval status/level. The filter supports multiple selection and the options Approved, Manager, Superior, Control superior, Project lead, and Control project lead.

  • More precise time suggestions when recording reports: When recording additional reports, breaks between defined working hours are now taken into account. Follow-up entries therefore no longer start during a break, but at the next suitable working time block.

  • Total rows in PDF exports: PDF exports now include total rows for Target hours and Hours recorded, making the total hours directly visible.

Version 2.46.0​

  • Expanded balance views and improved presentation: My Balances and additional balance views have been expanded. Balances can now be displayed for the entire year, and an overview of employee balances with a detailed view is also available. At the same time, the presentation has been improved further, including clearer calendar week labels and a more understandable history view.

  • Quick filters for open reports: New prominent date quick filters such as current month, last month, last three months, and start of year are now available to find open reports faster on the overview page.

  • Color legend for approval levels: A legend is now available to explain the colors of the different approval levels.

  • Period selection for general additions: In the general additions dialog, the displayed period can now be switched directly between week and month.

  • Capture general additions in the mobile app: Employees can now record general additions directly in the mobile app, including type selection, validation, and notes.

Version 2.45.0​

General​

  • Approval Status Colors: Color dots indicate at a glance which step of the approval process a report is currently in.
  • Aggregated Weekly View: Reports in the weekly view can optionally be grouped by project and service report number.
  • Service Report Number in PDF Exports: Service report numbers can now optionally be included in exports.
  • Self-Service General Additions: Employees can record certain additions themselves, provided the corresponding permission is set.

Bug Fixes and Optimization​

  • Various bugs have been fixed, and overall system performance has been further optimized.

Version 2.43.0​

  • New My Balances view: Forecasts for vacation, GAV and compensation balances are now displayed in the My Balances and My Report views.

  • Edit approved reports: Users with the Master role can adjust approved reports without restarting the entire approval process.

  • Consistent behaviour for forwarding and week completion: Forwarding is only possible in the day view and no longer in the week view.

  • Forward individual reports: Reports can be forwarded up to the highest approval level.

  • Automatically closed weeks in the circulation log: Entries are clearly marked as closed by the system.

  • Compensation hours across the year change: Usage in the current year is only possible with sufficient balance. Usage for the next year can be recorded, but weeks with such usage can only be completed once the new yearly compensation balance is available.

  • Approval structures with time validity: Structures now have start and end dates. Changes are historised and their validity can be tracked.

  • Validity period for additional conditions: Conditions for automatic application can now be configured with a validity period.

  • Editing future branch start dates: Users with the Admin role can delete future start dates of branches.

  • Identity switch: Users with the Admin role can assume the view of other users for support purposes.

Version 2.41.0​

General​

  • Improved reminders for incomplete weeks: The reminder logic has been unified with configurable channels and frequencies.
  • Mandatory selection of a notification channel: At least one delivery channel must be selected to ensure reminders are received.
  • Automatic closing of past weekly reports: Past weeks are automatically closed if they are empty or if no expected working time is defined.
  • Project type visible in project selection menus: All relevant selection menus now display the project type in a separate column.
  • New approval structure for group companies: Masters and administrators can now also assign employees from other group companies as KVG or VG.

Bug Fixes and Optimization​

  • Various bugs have been fixed, and overall system performance has been further optimized.

  • Capture general additions directly in the mobile app: Employees can now record eligible general additions directly in the reportr app. This makes it possible to enter them on the go without switching to the web version.
