What is codeto report?

codeto report is the software solution for digitally recording and managing working times, absences, additions and expenses. It covers the entire process from reporting to release.

Process at a glance

  1. Record: employees report working times, absences and additions (expenses, kilometres) in the mobile app or on the web.
  2. Forward: reports are forwarded to the responsible people according to the configured approval structure.
  3. Check and approve: supervisors or project managers review the reports and approve them or reject them with a comment.
  4. Overview and analysis: open, approved and rejected reports can be viewed at any time. Analyses compare target/actual values and provide working time overviews.
