Add additions and expenses
This page describes from an employee perspective how to record additions and expenses in codeto report, in the web app and in the mobile app.
There are two types that work differently:
- Additions (project-related): tied to a project report, added in the last step of the report recording. Examples: business kilometers or petty expenses.
- Variable additions: personal or contractual, project-independent, recorded separately per day. Examples: lunch allowance, monthly allowances, daily allowance.
No custom additions
Only the types preconfigured by the admin are available for selection. Configuration details: Additions and supplements (admin).
