Help with common problems.

Lock symbols everywhere, nothing can be edited​

  • Causes: week closed, entries forwarded or not your own report.
  • Solution: open the week (with permission), wait for rejection and correct, or contact an authorized person.

Workflow does not start, reports remain in "Planned"​

  • Causes: no recipients in the approval structure or fallback not defined.
  • Solution: check approval structure, set fallback roles and forward again.

Week closure fails​

  • Causes: failed rule checks, rejected entries or overlapping closures.
  • Solution: fix rule violations, correct rejections, check the period.

Expected additions / supplements do not appear​

  • Causes: rule conditions not met, role or contract does not allow the supplement, rule-based filters.
  • Solution: check time window and project, check contract details, contact the administrator if necessary.

Notifications do not arrive​

  • Causes: notification type disabled or problem with schedule/time zone.
  • Solution: check personal settings, contact IT/admin regarding schedules or time zone.
