Common questions about codeto report.

I can't edit a report, why?

The entry has probably been forwarded (yellow) or the week is closed (lock). In both cases, the report is locked. Solution: wait for rejection or speak to an authorized person who can open the report.

Who is allowed to close a week?

Super users at any time, masters within their own organization. Optionally, the system can close periods automatically.

Why do I see a red exclamation mark?

There is a rule violation (e.g. missing break). Open the entry, check it and adjust. Details: Rule checks.

How do I submit expenses?

Capture as an addition to the report. Upload the receipt according to the guidelines.

Can I close weeks with warnings?

Yes, depending on the setup. Errors prevent a closure, warnings do not. Details: Rule checks.

Why do I see reports from people outside my team?

As project management, reports on your own projects are visible, even if the person does not belong to your own team. Visibility ends when no tasks are open anymore.

Why is an expected supplement missing?

Check rules and availability: time window, project, role, filter. Configuration under Additions and supplements.

How do I correct a rejected booking?

Read the comment in the circulation log, adjust the entry and forward it again.

How long are extracts and PDFs available?

Temporary exports are automatically deleted after 7 days. Archive PDFs are stored permanently.

Which time zone does codeto report use?

Generally Europe/Zurich. If times in notifications differ, have the time zone checked by IT/administration.
