Rule checks and GAV special features

codeto report automatically checks reports against rules so that errors are detected early and week closures run correctly.

Recording times

  • From-to: Enter start and end time per work block. Map breaks as separate blocks, do not include them in the block.

    • Example: 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00 (break 12:00 to 13:00).

      Rule check, from to

  • Duration: Enter the effective working duration, breaks are already deducted. codeto report calculates start and end itself.

  • Hours per day: With "+" time is added at the end of the last block, with "-" it is subtracted.

    Hours per day, plus/minus

Daily rules

  • Maximum work duration per day (error): no more than 24 h per day.
  • Maximum absence duration per day (error): absences must not exceed the daily target time. Public holidays (100 %) reduce the target time.
