Variable additions
Variable additions are personal or contractual additional benefits (e.g. lunch allowance, monthly allowances) that apply independently of individual projects. They are not recorded in the report flow, but separately per day in the weekly or daily view of the app.

Add variable additions
This function is only available if the admin has configured the variable addition so that employees may create their own entries. With this permission you can create, edit and delete entries, as long as the corresponding week is not yet closed.
Typical example: recording the lunch allowance per GAV per day.

In the weekly or daily view, open the desired day and select the matching type under «Variable additions».
Mobile app, open variable additions

Enter the value (e.g. CHF 18.– for the lunch allowance) and save.
